One Tree is pleased to announce a new partnership with the Fairfield Halls, Croydon.
In an agreement commissioning One Tree to manage the development of a new sub-brand for contemporary live performances at the venue, we will also handle the PR and publicity as well as acting as booking agents for the project.
The gigs will be held in the Arnhem Gallery, a great space with a capacity of 400 people and it's own dedicated bar area.
"The Fairfield Halls has a long reputation of staging landmark concerts in it's two theatre venues, and the new plans to deliver great gigs in the Arnhem Gallery really adds to the complex as a whole," says Graeme Miall, Director of One Tree. "This size of space is very thin on the ground for the South London music scene, and is going to give artists a great new mid-size venue to come and play. But, it is more than just a South London project when you consider Croydon's transport links - people from across Surrey, Sussex and Kent now have a genuine alternative to travelling into central London. It is very exciting to be working with the Fairfield Halls as they broaden their music offering, and we are already getting an amazing response from acts looking to perform here."
The new series of events, to be held monthly on a Thursday, will launch on the 19th May 2011.
